Make a video of the work you need doing, In the video, show us the electrical work you need doing. In the video you should state/speak clearly letting us know exactly what you need doing. Whatever you do, please do not send us silent videos expecting us to figure out what you need doing. Remember we are electricians, not mind readers! Any silent videos sent in to us are likely to be ignored and pushed right to the back of the queue.

Once you have made the video, send it to us on Whatsapp and include your full name, the installation address and your email address to send the quotation to.
Make sure that you include a picture of the consumer unit
Always include a picture of the consumer. A consumer unit is also known as a fusebox. It's vital to see this as we need to ensure that you have the correct type of consumer unit in place to ensure that our London Electricians can carry out the work safely.
Tips for making the video of the works you need doing.
Try to include as much information as possible. Don't worry, you don't have to be Steven Spielberg to make this video! All we require is a simple video explaining what you need doing and will be able to take care of the rest. If we require more additional information, we will request this from you.
For example, If you require something such as an additional socket, try to find the nearest socket where we could potentially take power from to create an additional socket.
The same thing can also be said for additional lights. Show us where the nearest light or socket is where we could potentially take power from to create power for the additional PowerPoint. If you have replacement accessories such as sockets, switches & light fittings, then please show us what you've got and show us what you would like to replace. No matter how small and little you may think it may be, send the video our way, and we'll be able to take care of it from there.
